Hello! My name is Cadence (she/her).

Are you ready to follow the path of curiosity and wonder to healing? I support trans and non-binary teens and adults in self-actualization through the arts and therapy. Find relief from struggles and reconnect with purpose and wellbeing.

People describe me as warm, attentive, intuitive, and empowering. I offer expressive arts therapy for trans and non-binary healing and collective liberation. I believe that transgender people hold magic and creativity, and the arts have the ability to bring out your unique creative power.

The creative arts, which have been used for thousands of years for healing and meaning-making are a powerful tool for us to thrive in a harsh and punishing world. My stance is intersectional, anti-racist, feminist, neurodivergent-affirming, fiercely pro-queer and trans, and liberatory for marginalized people.

I am committed to providing a safe and affirming space for gender-diverse teens and adults. I support clients through talk therapy, expressive arts therapy, and somatic techniques. Expressive Arts Therapy combines the arts and psychotherapy for a creative and transformative experience. No arts experience is necessary!

I work well with passionate clients who have been called too much too many times. Maybe you struggle with issues like depression or mood swings. Maybe you are struggling to navigate the world as a neurodivergent person. Maybe you are trying to move on from traumatic experiences that disturb you and prevent you from living your fullest life. I can support you in detangling the livewire of your experience.

I’d like to be your accomplice in connecting with self-compassion and growth. I want to invite you to shed the parts of you that no longer serve you and gain a sense of pride in the parts that have woven the tapestry of your resilience. I want to support you in re-writing your story and living as your highest self.

I have supported many different clients with a variety of challenges in growing and finding relief within a therapeutic relationship.

I provide psychotherapy telehealth from anywhere in California.

I am currently taking new clients. My fee is $150 per session. I have some lower fee slots available.
